A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your order with Our Company. By paying your deposit, you agree to be bound by these terms. These conditions ensure clarity and protection for both parties, allowing us to focus on creating a masterpiece for your special day.
BOOKING PROCESS & PAYMENTS
To secure your date, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total quote is required. Dates are not held until this retainer is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date for wedding cakes, and 14 days prior for celebration cakes.
If the final payment is not received by the due date, Our Company reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the retainer will be forfeited.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
For delivered cakes, our responsibility ends once the cake is set up at the venue. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the venue staff, guests, or environmental conditions (e.g., heat) after we leave the premises.
If you choose to collect the cake yourself, Our Company is not liable for any damage that occurs once the cake has left our studio. We strongly recommend transporting cakes on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle.
